Simply log in to your Google Search Console account, then navigate to Search Traffic and then Search Analytics. Choose Queries and select clicks, impressions, CTR, and position to find your most popular keywords, their rankings, and other important stats.
You can also click on the headers to organize the results so you can easily see which keywords are getting the most clicks and impressions. If some of your pages are getting tons of impressions, but no clicks, you might want to optimize those pages to increase the clicks.
